iam so sick of steping over dog droppings on my way to the shops ,there every where out side the gate in the grass when i go to cut it ,i meen why cant people pick up if there dog drops it next time i see anyone letting their dogs poop and walk away ill followed them and put in their gardins i mean fair is fair kid are walking it all over the place and i dont know what people a feed their dogs these days what ever happened to the white powder poo dogs had when we where kids god knows ...... later/modules/tinymce/tinymce/jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/images/smiley-yell.gif

Well all I can say coming from a dog lover you will only get satisfaction if you plague your councilors about imposing fine's it has worked over here. You never see a dog unattended or dog crap as the fines are really hi here and they visit your house regularly to make sure they are taken care of properly aswell as not being a nuisance to the community.
