The last time I visited my friends Fritz and Leigh Anna in Chicago, Leigh Anna prepared this prosciutto-wrapped, batter-dipped, fontina-broiled chicken cutlet for her family and me. So good! The recipe is from the Dean & DeLuca Cookbook (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0679770038/elisecom) and is perfect for entertaining.
