Its funny would have said all the aforementioned except Emmerdale and always gave Fair City a hard time because the acting was/is so bad but recently I think it probably one of the better soaps around.

Really enjoying the Baby Ben storyline..
Love Corrie and believe they are going to axe a load of the old timers which I think is a pity - I love Rita's sarcastic sense of humour.

Eastenders is ok, but very unrealalistic storylines and people disappear and are never even mentioned again, I mean ok so characters come and go but in Corrie they throw in Tracey name every now and again but in Eastenders Patricks son didn't even ring when his father was nearly killed!! And they are all so miserable, after saying that still watch it.

Well mine is Eastenders but unfortunately over here we are about 2 yrs behind I think well lets see. Kevin has just died in dodge car, Phil has found out where Louise is, Max has been thrown out for cheating and Bradley is going back to mother.

Your not that far behind Mandy,I think that episode was christmas here,you'll have Ricky and Bianca coming back in a couple of months.As for fair city I used to watch it but lost interest,I wouldn't say I was a soap addict sometimes I miss them and just catch up,I like watching the Eastenders omnibus on sundays.Not sure if you could call it a soap but one of my favorite TV programmes is Wild at Heart,looking forward to it coming back next season,whats your thoughts on Big Brother ?:)

God your not as far behind as you think, Kevin only died before christmas or was it after christmas, anyway only months behind not years!! Do you get any of the others?

Yes we get emmerdale, coronation street, vicar of dibley, casualty, holby city, we have utv greats its just programs are abit behind its nice to hear we are catching up. Casualty Charlie has just been with the hospital 35 yrs and there was a bomb on a bus. Emmerdale is at will Jack find out about his wife having an affair, Two gay guys getting married. Coronation Street Baldwin still missing but the son and his wife have split.I also love watching The West Wing and Boston Legal aswell as NSI.

Sorry I don't watch big brother, they do have an Australian version of it and someone in last years one was suppose to be having an affair on it apparently it was caught on camera I would hate to be them try to explain that to your mother.

Wow Mandy,
You may not be too far behind in Eastenders but in Casualty and Corrie your way behind..... With casualty the one your talking about is at the begining of the new season and we are just at the end of same season about 12 shows later I think, keep watching tho, really enjoying it this year. And in Corrie I think your about 8 months behind am trying to remember but think that was begining of last summer......not sure.
Am sorry someone else will have to fill in Emmerdale for you as I don't watch it.

All together say ahhhhhhhh Jimmy Doyle is leaving Fair City he is sick of Robbin and Ali fighting over him . He is heading to the usa. What about his poor sick ma Rita who cant stay awake on the soap and his da Bella whos leg is not getting any better . I know how sad - he always looks like a rabbit caught in the headlights, and can't stand whingy whiney Robin, my god that girl could cry for Europe! While we are on the subject of Fair City did any of you notice that Mags is talking kinda funny the past few weeks, has something happened to her character or to the actress playing her - sounds a bit like a stroke or something!

Have to say though loved Ali's attack on Robin the other night - very funny!!!
