Spicy Chicken Breast
"This is a great skinless chicken recipe that can be served over salad greens or as an entree! If serving over salad greens, cut chicken into strips and top with your favorite salsa or dressing."
INGREDIENTS
15 g paprika
15 g garlic powder
20 g salt
7 g onion powder
4 g dried thyme
5 g ground cayenne pepper
6 g ground black pepper
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast
DIRECTIONS
In a medium bowl, mix together the paprika, garlic powder, salt, onion powder, thyme, cayenne pepper, and ground black pepper. Set aside about 3 tablespoons of this seasoning mixture for the chicken; store the remainder in an airtight container for later use (for seasoning fish, meats, or vegetables).
Preheat grill for medium-high heat. Rub some of the reserved 3 tablespoons of seasoning onto both sides of the chicken breasts.
Lightly oil the grill grate. Place chicken on the grill, and cook for 6 to 8 minutes on each side, until juices run clear

BBQ Sauce
"This sauce can be used as a marinade for beef, pork, or chicken
INGREDIENTS
5 ml vegetable oil
0.5 onion, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
45 ml Worcestershire sauce
45 ml vinegar
30 ml molasses
5 ml prepared mustard
235 ml ketchup
120 ml cold water
3 g cornstarch
DIRECTIONS
Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat, and saute the onion until tender and golden brown. Stir in garlic. Mix in Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, molasses, and mustard. Cook and stir 5 minutes, then mix in ketchup, cold water, and cornstarch. Reduce heat to low, and continue cooking 10 minutes, until thickened.
