What a painfull display of Irish football we had to witness in what was Trapatonis Irish Baptism to another lack lustre Irish performance against a european minnow team .
I can honestly say , i have watched better schoolboy matches in the local park .
A clueless back four who could not communicate with each other , a non existant midfield , and passing that was so poor ..you would not pick them for your pass the parcel team .
On the plus side ....:icon_blowme:... a great individual performance from the Duffer ..who will need more games..and probably a club switch ..(spurs..:icon_yes:)to get back to his old game and of course a fabulous volley from young Andy Keogh ..to spare the whole evenings blushes ....

Alot of hard work ahead of you Giovanni .....

Thought Duffer was shocking for 80 mins. Nine out of the ten free kicks he won , he dived or fell over. Only woke up after they scored and some of their defenders concentration went. We also had better movement up front from Long/Murphy than we got from Keane/Doyle.

The only positive of the night was Delaney. Hopefully we have found a left full at last.
